Join Drishti Vinyasa Yoga Shala on this trip of lifetime in Shanghai.
Each day will include with practice, demonstration, alignment, adjustment skills and discussion in an authentic yogic environmnet of yoga shala.
Your training days begin with silent meditation, followed by asana practices and building up foundations and strength; followed by alignment and adjustmen skills with detailed verbal cue improvements and discussions; afternoon lectures and laying out foundtion for improving teaching skills and evening practice filled with gentle movements and stretches.
Each day will be following the different intentions or topics.

No prior teaching experience need to enter this training.
Students must have to practice minimum 2 times a week in Drishti Vinyasa Yoga Shala.

Transfer course fee to be done through WeChat/Alipay/ bank transfer.
Collect the e-reading materials and begin preprations for the training earlier.

REFUND POLICITY
No training fee will be refunding once the payment has been done. If deciding one month before the applied training dates decides to postponed to next semester can be processed upon approval from the yoga shala.
退款政策
付款一经完成，培训费将不予退还。在申请的培训开始日期前的一个月决定推迟培训到下学期的，经瑜伽馆批准后操作。
