Each day will be included with practices, demonstration, hands on adjustments, lectures, yoga nidra, meditations, pranayama, restoring practices in an amazing spirit existing Goa. Your training days begin with a long scheduled morning practices included with asana,pranayama, meditation and workshops; followed by workshops; working on our yoga postures, demonstration, deepening, hands on adjustments; afternoon lectures, sequencing discussions, make our own sequences, followed by workshops again working on our skills, finishes our day with a meditation. Each day will be following the different intentions or topics.

REQUIREMENTS
You need to have a regular yoga practices for minimum 2 - 5 years are necessary to enter this training.
You need to finish your 200hrs Yoga Teacher Training before enter this training
(if you didn't then totally fine but the certification at the end will be given
as 200hrs Yoga Teacher Training Certificate)
Students have to finish the practice and reading assignments before the training
