CLASS HELPING NOTES
- Our Yoga Shala's reception services from 10am - 6pm. If you are visiting first time then please come during working hours.
- Please enter the class room 5 minutes before the class time to maintain the flow of class in our Shalas
- We do strongly recommend that you can practice with your own mat. But, still we provide the yoga mats in our place for use freely.
- Please refer to the teachers about your health condition in every class before it begin. So, they can guide you properly.
- For a better digestive order and health, yoga have to be practiced with empty stomach. Avoid eating heavy food minimum 2-4 hours before a yoga class.
- We are here to help to improve your health and mental relaxation. We promise to our practitioners that our Shala will be following the strict/correct services of yoga for maintaining the quality of practices.
