A better teacher supports and helps a student to feel their body and breathe with patience and care; our training guides every trainee to improve their verbal cues, physical adjustments, usage of props and optional movements or workouts from the first day of the training till the end.   We also guide them through their personal research on the subjects which we learnt from the classes and always supports to help them to understand the things in different visuals and research readings; this gives a great foundation for the future teachers to confidently approach their students with knowledge, love and care.

Our 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training program is open to all practitioners, including yoga teachers who have completed training at other schools. Each of our trainings is unique, offering fresh insights and new experiences for every participant.


While beginners are always welcome, we recommend a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of regular yoga practice(Hatha, Vinyasa, or Ashtanga) to fully benefit from the program and digest the material effectively.


Once your application and payment are completed, we will provide e-reading materials to help you prepare for the training. Additionally, we encourage you to practice at our studios or at studios where our graduates are teaching, as this will help you gain a deeper understanding of class sequencing, structure, and teaching methodology.

After practicing at Drishti for 2 years, I decided to complete the 200-hr TTC, which has been an extremely fulfilling experience. I learned so much from Raj throughout our training, and the timing and structure of the program really allows for the material learned to sink in. We covered everything from anatomy, philosophy, and history to sequencing and adjustments. The homework and additional practice throughout the week really aided the absorption of the material we covered each weekend. Raj is a really wonderful teacher.
