Daily Structure:

Each day will begin with a dynamic yoga practice to awaken the body, followed by an intensive pranayama session. We will then transition into a short meditation to center the mind. The session will conclude with reflections, observations, and a deeper dive into the theory behind pranayama.

Training Rules

- Join complete training days dedicatedly.   Visitors not allowed to join in this training.

- Must to be pure vegetarian during the intensive training period

- Weekly 4 days must have self practice in the given durations

- Home works (Readings & writing) must to be fulfilled in the given durations
