INTRODUCTION
Yoga originated from India and it's a life style, practice, culture and it is a medicine for mind and body. Studying just asana and techniques are not only the way to know yoga better. Knowing it's origin from the roots and transmitting that knowledge to the next generations as it is the purpose of yoga teachers. And our purpose of conducting these training is transfer the knowledge of yoga as it is without loosing any essence of it and adding the modern concept of yoga within it.

Our teacher training are internationally approved and it is certified by the American Yoga Alliance from 2012. Yoga Alliance is an organization which governing the quality of the trainings and teachers in U.S and globally.

REQUIREMENTS
Entry students have to prepare the training after registration finishes. We will be guiding you the e-study materials, reading materials and asana preparation notes.
在培训期间，学生必须定期参加瑜伽练习课，一星期至少1天，此外，我们将指导你在家的实践和练习
Students are required to complete the assigned reading as well as a book report for each work to demonstrate understanding and reflection on a personal level. The submission of these book report can be submit in monthly basis.
学生必须完成指定的阅读材料学习，并且为了说明在个人层面上理解和思考。每月需提交书面报告。
This program will be intense and demands commitment and discipline!
